Famitsu reported that Square Enix is rereleasing VIII for PC with remastered, high resolution graphics. Details about possible changes to gameplay aside from updated graphics have not been revealed.

This follows the same treatment Final Fantasy VII got when Square Enix rereleased it in 2012. FFVIII was originally ported to PC in 1999, but was criticized for subpar graphics and buggy gameplay compared to the original Playstation version.

So today I went to the reptile expo to stock up on snek foods and while I was talking to someone about how hard it is to come in for something without leaving with a bunch of animals, some trashy ignorant bitch actually got in my face, interrupted me, and said

“These things ain’t animals unless it’s a dog!”

Why was this bitch even there? I MEAN YOU HAVE TO PAY TO GET IN. She said it with such venom that it felt somehow like an insult. Like I was scum for having a snake (which apparently doesn’t even qualify as an animal) around my neck, or being interested in reptiles in general. It was all I could do to ignore her. Saying anything would have just bred trouble, and I’m not there to fight with people. <__>

Still, what the fuck? WHO DO THESE PEOPLE THINK THEY ARE??.

If no one’s taking damage, doing a little damage is better than just standing there like a lump.

Barring a situation where people are so horrible that they can’t be kept alive with off-heals (EVERYONE PERPETUALLY standing in any and every pool of angry they see and/or a tank who queued in unacceptable gear) I actually queue heals and then go ele and spot heal where needed.

I see no reason why I ought to sit in a dungeon for twice as long when I can speed it up for everyone without anybody having to die for it.
